Light haze on the pale gold body. Large off white head left decent lacing. Citrus in the forefront of the aroma right next to some tropical fruit. Taste stays focused on the hops; picking up a bit of pine in addition to the citrus and tropical fruit. Even an herbal, spicy touch near the finish. A strong malt backbone holds things together. Medium bodied mouthfeel with good carbonation. Overall, the flavor got things rolling in the right direction and provided a positive sensory experience.

16 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass. Pours a murky caramel/orange with a medium head that fades to a ring of bubbles. Nice lacing. Aroma and flavor feature classic American hop characteristics of grapefruit, pine, and citrus rind with a medium caramel malt backbone. Smooth, crisp, full mouthfeel. Overall it's a tasty throwback APA.
