Tart & jammy pastry sour. Brewed with lactose, marshmallows, & vanilla. Soured with lactobacillus and fermented on a magnificent quantity blueberry & lemon puree.

Dirty cranberry in color with plenty of fizzy, light pink head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, with lactose and faint marshmallow present. Taste is in fact, as described on the can "jammy". I can't pick out the marshmallow or the vanilla independently, but the presence of lactose is definitely there. Well carbonated and lively. I'm generally enjoying this interesting beer, although I can't imagine sitting down and drinking multiple in one sitting.

16 oz can poured into a snifter. Pours a cloudy light blue/purple with an off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature tart lemon, blueberry, vanilla, and sweet marshmallow. This would be better without the marshmallow, IMO, both flavor-wise and for the mouthfeel (fairly thick and viscous). Still a tasty beer though.
