Tart & jammy pastry sour. Brewed with graham crackers, lactose, marshmallows, vanilla & spices. Soured with lactobacillus and fermented on a kingly quantity of sweet & tart cherry puree.

16 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass, shared with my wife. Pours dark red/purple with a medium light pink head. Aroma and flavor feature loads of tart pie cherries with graham crackers, marshmallow, and pie spices. Some malt, no hops. The 8% abv is well-hidden. Creamy, moderately carbonated, thick and almost-but-not-quite cloying mouthfeel. Overall, it's tasty but I don't need a full 16 oz. I vastly prefer smoothie sours with straight fruit, no graham crackers/spices/etc. But it's good for what it is.
