Hazy, hoppy & tropical. Hopped excessively with fruity Simcoe, Mosaic, and Nectaron that combine with our full-bodied English ale yeast for a flavor profile bursting with sweet tropical fruit, juicy citrus, and ripe pineapple.

Paleish golden color, quite cloudy. Pours a nice white head, tightly bubbled and lingering.
Sweet, solventy and fruity hop nose
A bit malty up front, and the more fruity hops continue that sweetish sensation. Flavors generally match the aromas. No distinct bitterness, but suddenly in the finish things are drying out. No rough edges, as would espect from a NEIPA.
Medium body and carbonation, a bit drying on the tongue.
The hops didn't present well to me - had a bit of a "hop gasoline" character for me. Other than that, a decently drinking NEIPA.

5 oz draft pour at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow/orange with a small head. Aroma and flavor feature ripe tropical fruit, juicy citrus, and wheat with a hint of dank grassy hops. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel with no hint of the 7% abv. Overall an extremely well-made NEIPA.
