Tart & jammy pastry sour. Brewed with maple syrup, lactose, and cinnamon. Soured with lactobacillus and fermented on a full stack of blueberry puree, maple extract & Tahitian vanilla beans.

16 oz can poured into a snifter. The idea of a sour pancake beer is not very appealing, but it works pretty well. Pours a hazy reddish purple. Aroma and flavor feature tart blueberries, maple, vanilla, and more cinnamon than I'd prefer, but not enough to be off-putting. An interesting beer for sure.
