Dry-hopped lager. Kick back and relax with this crisp and aromatic unfiltered lager. Brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malts and hopped with New Zealand Motueka, Rakau, and Nelson Sauvin.

Pours almost clear (it does settle to being all clear), pale gold with a medium size white head and light lacing. Being marketed as a 'New Zealand' pilsner and the first few whiffs are a good indication. Lime, lemon. stone fruit and herbal spices add a unique twist to the aroma. The Nelson Sauvin hops add a white wine element to the taste in addition to the qualities from the nose. Finishes on a spicy note. Different and appealing.

Clear straw, nice white head, decent retention, spotty lace
Whiff of sulfur, then floral, lime, Meyer lemon, and Cape gooseberry on the nose
Gooseberry, light citrus, hints of melon, slight toast flavor
Medium-light bodied with appropriate carbonation
If it weren't so pricy, I'd drink it more often

6 oz draft pour at the brewery. This is a very clean and lightly hoppy pilsner with citrus, grassy, and tropical fruit notes. Some wheaty malt notes too. Mouthfeel is crisp and smooth. This would be a great beach beer.
