Tart & fruity pastry sour. Soured with lactobacillus and fermented with an orchard of apple puree and a dash of spicy Saigon cinnamon. Sweetened with a heaping scoop of vanilla soft serve, a pinch of lactose, and conditioned on Tahitian vanilla beans.

16 oz can poured into a tulip glass. Pours a viscous, cloudy light orange color. Nice head initially but it quickly fades. Aroma and flavor feature tart red apple, cinnamon, sweet vanilla, and wheat pastry. Not as much apple flavor as I hoped for from an apple pie beer. Not bad but definitely not my favorite either.
