Tart & cakey pastry sour. Brewed with creamy lactose, cake batter & vanilla soft serve. Soured with lactobacillus and fermented on a boatload of pineapple puree, sweet cherry puree, & Tahitian vanilla beans.

Draft pour at the brewery. Cloudy yellow/orange color. Aroma and flavor feature sweet pineapple, light acidity, some vanilla, and maybe a hint of pastry/graham cracker, but not enough to make me think "pineapple upside down cake". Tasty enough but doesn't live up to the name IMO.
