Tart & cakey pastry sour. Brewed with creamy lactose, marshmallows & vanilla beans. Soured with lactobacillus and fermented on a boatload of raspberry & blackberry puree.

16 oz can poured into a willi becher glass. Pours a cloudy light brown color with a hint of pink. Aroma and flavor are (thankfully) more fruit-forward rather than donut or marshmallow; nice berry flavors along with some vanilla. Solid and better than I expected.
