DIPA heavily hopped with High Density Citra Cryo, Simcoe Cryo and Excelsior Blend. Brewed also with “prehistoric proportions” of Oats.

Pours a nice yellow gold with a bit of murkiness. Nice white head that quickly dissolves with very good lacing. Some residual sheeting on the beer with a very thin halo. Fragrant nose. Citra and Simcoe push through on taste. I’m unfamiliar with Excelsior but understand it brings floral notes, Lychee, Mango and “sweet fruits”.
Taste is largely fine, but also has a bit of floral/ rose water like dankness…which I did not like.
Smooth yet still crisp carbonation. Goes down nicely and refreshing. No abv issues.
Overall a decent DIPA… but while some of the tastes may be attractive to others…they are not for me.
