Tart & fruity pastry sour. Cozy up with this seasonal sour brewed with raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, black currant, and a dash of Saigon cinnamon. Sweetened with creamy lactose, and conditioned on Ugandan vanilla beans.

16 oz can split with my wife, poured into a snifter. Pours a dark blue/purple color with a rocky head. Aroma and flavor feature tart berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry) and sweet vanilla. Some astringency, possibly from the black currant, but not in an unpleasant way. The cinnamon is in the background, which is fine with me. Overall a very flavorful and tasty fruited (pastry?) sour.
