Tap pour at the Cedar Lounge. Served chilled in a narrow straight wall glass.
Clarity has a bit of a haze, with a straw body color. White colored head. Leaves behind webs and rings if lacing.
Aroma of straw, biscuit, and a light citrus plus floral.
Taste is malt sweet, bready, with an ending bitter bite. Flavors of toasted grain malts, notes of citrus and floral. Hops provide the proper bitter ending.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean and crisp finish. Excellent carbonation.
Fits all needs for its style.

From a 12 oz can, poured into shaker glass.
Pours with a bubbly head that disappears rather quickly, leaving a hazy gold liquid behind. Aroma is floral, maybe some citrus, taste follows similar, with floral sweetness predominant. Finishes dry.

12 oz can into a Pokal.
L: SRM 2.9 Pours clear yellow gold with a tall soapy white head that recedes to froth, okay retention, medium-light loose soapy lacing.
S: Lightly floral, bready, pastry dough, pear.
T: A light hop bite, pastry dough, light pear, plum, distant apple, a hint of white grape skin, it is moderately fruity.
F: Crisp medium-bodied mouthfeel with a slightly dry middle and a short, fairly dry fruity finish.
O: Fruity and dry, easy to drink. Refreshing. It has a subtle hop bite and has a lightly dry bready finish. It is excellent in its style.

Pours a slightly cloudy straw yellow with a thin short-lived white cap. Aroma is grass, corn, biscuits, and noble hops. Flavor follows the nose, a touch sweet in front with some nice European hop bitterness in the finish. Feel is light bodied and adequately carbonated. Overall, a nice refreshing beer.

Pours a pale yellow colour, head dissolves quickly. Initially floral hops dominate the palate, fading into a light cracker finish, with the hops lingering underneath. Solid. From a crowler.

Light, clean, and crisp. Not as hoppy as many Bohemian pilsners and definitely not as much as I would of liked. Lacks the peppery bite that I enjoy in this style. Otherwise a solid attempt.

I revisited this beer several times since May 2019 from different batches. It's a solid beer but never was as good since.
