I just enjoyed several quality beers at Waldmann but this wasn't on tap but I found it in crowlers. There is a sourish aroma and flavor throughout the beer...kind of a sour dough type impression.......a sweetish grainy maltiness strains through the sour notes along with some mineral notes...the sour notes seem to lesson the more I drink this but they jumped out on first taste and smell. Not one of my favorites from Waldman. Much prefer Town Halls version.
