A BEAUTIFULLY MALTY, DARK COPPER COLORED TRADITIONAL BOCKBIER. BREWED IN THE TRADITION OF EINBECKER BIER. THIS STRONG DARK LAGER STARTS WITH ALL GERMAN SPRING BARLEY. LAYERED WITH SUBTLE HOPS PROVIDING BITTERNESS WITHOUT NOTICEABLE AROMA. BALANCED WITH A CLEAN LAGER CRISPNESS, THIS VELVETLY SMOOTH BOCK IS DANGEROUSLY DRINKABLE.

This is a very well-crafted bock loaded with rich melanoidins, dark fruits and hints of chocolate...clean, not cloying but rich with the maltiness. Smooth, slightly warming and delicious. It's tough to find people making regular bock's these days and this is a dandy. Looks impressive in the glass too with a regal cherrywood color.
