Bottle from M&S.It pours clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, copper, tea and orange. Taste has mellow hops, tangerine, caramel, copper, tea, orange, soft bread & pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, finishes with a semi dry medium bitter. Overall a decent IPA

Pours a orange-ish brown, with a thin and unimpressive tan head. Smells of brown sugar caramel and pine resin. The taste is a bit unbalanced - sweet malty caramel and some smooth pine resin at first, followed by a herbal, almost medicinal, bitterness.

Cloudy orange. Lots of bubbles but only a thin head.
English hops on the nose. Some yeast.
Silage, caramel with light spice. Diacetyl and Fuggles stand out.
Quite unusual.
Soft.

330ml bottle poured into La Chouffe tulip.

A: Bronze, cloudy, decent sized head with moderate retention, decent amount of lacing.

S: Earth, which pointed to the Fuggles hop name checked on the bottle.

T: Earthy, finished with lingering bitterness, hint of some phenols.

M: Not much carbonation to speak of, slightly heavy body.

O: Very much a British IPA, but not the most memorable one.

When you make stout taste of coffee without actual coffee it's master brewing
IPA tasting of tea without actual tea - it's a freakin' disaster
