Corked and caged 75ml bottle. Clear, very dark auburn. Thick frothy head which dissipates leaving a dense layer.
Fruity with slightly sour notes. Mixed fruit jam, demerara sugar, vanilla and liquorice.
Slightly charred toast upon tasting. Some wood present. The sherry is very distant.
Smooth if somewhat thin.
