Hazy yellow. Nice thick white head with spider-web lacings.
Wow. Big citrus on the nose. Strong lemon with a soft malt backing. Just the slightest dusty yeast.
Starts off with some grainy malt, pretty nice, but gives way to some serious citrus flavours from the lemon zest. Predictably a bit tart in the finish. Nice Belgian wit yeastiness throughout.
This is a nice take on a Belgian Wit, but probably only good on the sunniest of days, citrus is fairly strong.
