A: Poured from the 330mL bottle into a pint glass. The beer is an orangey brown, rusty kind of color with an off-white head without much retention.
S: Very malty, lots of caramel and bread and some nutty notes. Beneath it all is a nice floral hop note.
T: Again, malty - ready with caramel notes. Floral, earthy hops. Finishes smooth with a hint of bitterness.
Overall: This is a very mild IPA, not very hoppy at all, which is what made me think of the English IPA style. I think it could be categorized as a different style, but it is good. Anyway. I'd pick this up again.
