Not the greatest experience here. Long story short, the Mexican lager was oxidized and tasted like stale cardboard. I told the bartender it seemed a little off and she tried to pass it off as a subjective palate issue, and then proceeded to avoid us after that. Cool.
The space was large and overly branded, lots of splashy colors and tv’s all around. High concrete bar, shiny pipes everywhere. A bit of a sterile "corporate brewery" vibe, and the bartender’s stock answer to a legitimate issue with their draft beer quality just put me off of the place.
Tried six beers, the Kölsch was decent and the BA stouts were what you’d expect, boozy and adjunct forward. I heard they also brew sour beers, but didn’t see any this time. The “churro porter” tasted like liquid licorice.
Overall i’d skip Saucy and head to Bookhouse, Noble Beast or a number of other better local breweries instead. Some ratings on here smell like pure astroturf to me.

Modern sports bar/ brewpub atmosphere. Community style tables. Large and varied beer selection. Pizza, wings and sandwiches. Lively crowd on a Saturday night.
Really a lot to like here. The pizza and beer was delicious. Ordering was via counter, so I knocked it down a notch, even though it was quick and efficient. I'd certainly visit again.

This is one of those breweries that does an outstanding job of making their beers seem like you've got to try them all. I counted 9 that I really wanted to try, but limited it to two. Both were good, but I kept feeling like I should have ordered the other one I was reading about. Paradox of choice. The beers I brought home were decent, but fresh is best at this spot.

Some of the best beer I’ve ever tasted!!! Many people don’t know this, but Saucy utilizes a fully contained stainless steel process which produces the best beer you can drink!! Exceptional quality and great taste!!! The best pizza in Northeast Ohio also... get the Bees Knees!!!

Well, somebody certainly spent some money on this place. Very visually impressive industrial styled place, with a very nice looking brewing area, and their own canning line. A few tv's here and there, but none at the bar rail.
Beers were hit or miss, with the Ipas being the most impressive. I was told their pizza was very good, but we just tried a meatball appetizer which was fine at happy hour price. The servers at the bar rail were friendly, and helpful. Worth a stop.

The space is cool and the food is good. The beer is rough. I have heard they have brought in a new brewer and have tried some of the newer stuff which has been better. They still have a way to go. The market well and I am sure they are making plenty of money and will live on and get better. They just are not there.

For such a new brewery, they've taken on a colossal industrial building and successfully spruced it up quite nicely, to an almost corporate feel if I'm being honest. Inside is a relatively modest taproom with an upstairs area for additional seating, and brewing equipment behind a highly stylized taplist and a TV projector. The screen is used for the sports flavor of the day, which seems to be a primary draw, as they were overtaken by University of Michigan fans waiting to watch them lose when we visited, and the volume was up pretty loud.
Very clean and well built, there is plenty of communal seating via larger sized high top tables. The bar is moderately long, with a conveniently located walk-up order station at the edge, which is right next to the open window kitchen displaying all the pizza slinging action. The pizza is great, coming as small as 4-piece, with crackery thin crust and inspired, tasty toppings.
The beer is good, not great, making some effort to cater to the non-beer crowd, not just by including cocktails, but also in some of the beer recipes themselves. Some of the beers are on point and to style, while others are unique but balanced creations that were clearly brought over from Butcher and The Brewer. A few are a bit ostentatious, like an overly flavored fruit beer that tasted like extract or artificial additives, and a pecan Porter that was like taking a shot of amaretto flavoring. There's a nice variety though, with no need for guest drafts at the moment, as well as some cans to go. They have already tapped a barrel aged beer, which is their Belgian Dark Ale--this was not bad, but a bit boozy with a Jack Daniels influence.
Service is pretty attentive and knowledgeable at the moment, with a lot of people that seem to have been in on this place from the jump.
