L: Had this beer on-tap at Third Street Brewing Company, poured into a pint glass. Had an amber color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Very good lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of rye, malt, light fruit, and pepper.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of malt, a good shot of rye (not as much as expected), some light hops notes, pepper, and citrus fruit (lemon, in particular). An incredibly well balanced flavor. It doesn't go overboard on the rye and the fruit elements give it a nice kick. Quite tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.
O: For the most part, this is a solidly well made, easy to drink beer. Definitely drinkable.
