L: Had this beer on-tap at Third Street Brewing Company, poured into a pint glass. Had a yellowish color and a cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.
S: A decent, but not overwhelming, aroma of hops, pine, citrus, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a mild amount of citrus fruit (orange, perhaps?), light malt notes (mostly in the finish), a good shot of hops, a tinge of pine, and some tropical fruit (passion fruit). The flavor here isn't quite as juicy as a lot of other NE IPAs, but it's still a good balance of sweet and bitter. Fairly tasty.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Not a perfect beer, but certainly one worth trying. Drinkable.
