L: Had this beer on-tap at Third Street poured into a pint glass. Had a golden yellow color and a mostly clear consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Very good lacing.
S: A so-so aroma of malt, cream, pine, hops, and citrus fruit.
T: Tasted of a bit of pine (very fleeting), some mild citrus fruit notes (lemon, in particular), a lot of malt (present throughout), a little cream (mostly in the finish), and a bit of hops (not a huge factor). This is one of those light flavors that lacks a serious backbone. Most of the ingredients seem a little underpowered, but there's a base for something good here.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a sharp finish. Light-bodied.
O: For the most part, this is an uneven beer, one that could be better.
