Lock & Dam is our Scotch Ale with low to medium hops and a nice malty flavor. It is has a beautiful dark caramel color with high alcohol content, and a great body profile.

From the growler via the brewery. This decent little scotch pours a
nice red tinged brown with a nice head of off white foam that settles
to a thin ring, light dusty layer, and shows some nice light lacing.
Nose of light grains, caramel, subtle stone fruit notes, and light floral
touches. Flavors present caramel, toast, peach, light floral hops, and
subtle smoke. Nice mouth feel; medium body, light soft carbonation,
and a lightly sweet floral finish.
Overall, a decent little scotch.
Cheers

At the brewery in a plastic cup.
It's a good beer, not too crazy about it though.
