Served at the brewery in a slightly flared 10-oz snifter.
Appearance: Rich amber, slight white head that lingered, moderate lacing.
Nose: Sweet dried fruit and alcohol.
Mouthfeel: Medium, about right for the style, adequate carbonation.
Attack: Follows the nose, nice combination between sweet and hop bitterness.
Finish: Slight increase in bitterness, maintains the balance nicely.
Overall: This is a solid tripel, not world class, but good; one of this brewery’s best offerings. I’d order it again.

From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This nice little
tripel pours a deep amber with a decent head of white foam that
dissipates to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some nice
light lacing. Nose of stone fruits, light candy sugars, light herbal
notes, and light biscuit touches amongst honey malt notes. Flavors
lightly exceed the nose with a light apple, pear, peach, white pepper,
cracker, and candy sugar note with a subtle herbal hop. Nice mouth feel;
medium body, medium light carbonation that supplies some nice lift, and
a moderately dry finish.
Overall, a solid little brew from a newer to me brewery.
