Schwarzbier is a dark lager with subtle chocolate and roasted barley flavor that was brewed with the Galena hops from our backyard, the flavor is the characteristic of a fresh herb and will change over time. Brunswick is the English version of the German town Braunschweig, which was the first known place to brew this style beer.
