This crisp, refreshing German-style pilsner has an assertive, pallet cleansing bitterness from herbal, spicy Tettnang noble hops, and is packed with citrusy floral flavor and aroma from late additions of fresh Mandarina Bavaria hops making this beautiful straw-colored beer the perfect friend to kick back with after a long day of working at the grind stone.

A: crystal clear; pale gold in color; 1 finger white head that receded quickly to a thin collar; very little lacing;
S: grass, grain, and a hint of spice;
T: there's a thread of sweetness from start to finish that somewhat overwhelms everything else; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
M: light to medium bodied; moderate carbonation; dry finish;
O: the sweetness in the flavor is a bit much for my taste and doesn't really belong in the style;
