We took Wit Zen, our Belgian Wit and aged it for several months in Litchfield Distillery gin barrels. The result is still light and refreshing, with the spiciness of the Belgian yeast playing nicely with the gin botanicals and oak from the barrels, finished by a smooth and slightly warming swallow of gin sweetness.
