Town Square’s COVID support effort on Other Half’s project.
Pours a pale uniform hazy straw yellow colour with near finger of short lived off white head.
Aroma initially piney hops with strong citrus notes - orange, pineapple.
Taste starts juicy with orange, bit of pineapple, then a whack of grapefruit, grapefruit peel - building bitterness with a bit of the aspirin note I frequently get from this style.
Medium mouthfeel - moderate carbonation - bitterness builds with a little bit of a harsh astringent effect. Think well done but I keep finding the hazy IPA is not clearly my thing - west coast bitterness more up my alley.
