IPA#004 is the brother of IPA#003. Once again, Strata is the feature hop, but on an entirely different base. IPA#004 features a more traditional West Coast base, with subtle bitterness and piney undertones. However, like in IPA#003, Strata still brings big tropical and citrus fruit aroma and flavour to the beer. IPA#004 showcases the versatility of Strata, a really fun hop.

Number four in the series - a return to a clear, west coast style after back to back hazy offerings.
Pours a clear golden bronze with a finger of creamy white head.
Aroma resinous pine on the head with floral, tropical fruit, and a caramel malt underneath; as warmed touch of sweaty note.
Taste grainy cereal malt, resinous pine, mango, tropical fruit, grapefruit, caramel malt and a delicious building bitterness.
Medium full mouthfeel with moderate carbonation - malty sweetness succumbs to the lingering piney bitterness.
#004 is delicious and close in quality to #001.
