Almost clear dull golden pour with an ample two fingers of tight bubbly white head.
Aroma off the can starts with grapefruit peel and pine, but in the glass hints of both fade to a generic citrus and distinctly floral (?) lavender, almost soapy note.
Tastes of grapefruit peel, piney hops but with a floral and earthy flavour - good bitter kick but without a hint of balancing malt sweetness.
Session-ish IPA so unsurprisingly light, but the body leaves you wanting more; decently carbonated - bereft of any significant balancing sweetness leaving just a mildly harsh bitterness.
This was not bad but really pales in comparison to the originals in their IPA Market Series.
