A refreshing young lager with floral and light citrus hop notes. A shorter lagering time in the cellar (or keller, hence the name) leaves this beer with a slight haze.

Single can from Town Square - Keller Pils, part of local League of Extraordinary Lagers event in Edmonton.
Turbid hazy golden orange to bronze colour with a scant finger of slightly off white head.
Aroma is doughy and bready with notes of yeast, a bit grainy - floral with honeysuckle/honey notes.
Sweet with that floral honeysuckle on the palate, again bready and slightly grainy malt up front but with a soft slightly herbal bitterness at the back.
Crisp medium mouthfeel with a decent body despite a mildly subdued carbonation - but honestly a deliciously drinkable beer that I would drink again and again.
