Pours dark brown, tan lacing for a head.
Smells of walnut, sourdough, green apple, oak and citrus.
Tastes of walnut, green apple, citrus, oak, grape and fig.
Medium body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Very nice sour with some good earthy balance to a sour that is mild and tasty. Would have again.
