A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice dark mahogany with a thin head that fades to leave light wisps.

S - Big aromas of plums with flashes of stone fruit and coffee along with darker malts.

T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of slightly sweet malts and coffee grinds. The peach is pleasant, nice and acidic.

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, little flemmy.

O - Overall this was a solid enough beer, very interesting mistake.

Light fizzy head fades quickly, mgmt little lacing, dark hazy maroon color

Nose peaches and cream notes, little gourd like, little coffee cream and earthy notes, plum fruit like,

Taste might sweet with fair light coffee, peachy like stone fruit earthy, little plum like fruit, chewy, little little bitter rind fruit skin, vanilla oak, mild flemmy finish

Mouth is medium bod, light carb, fair acidity, little flemmy

Overall interesting, not crazy but good
