We took our passion fruit taproom favorite with vanilla and lactose and gave it an herbal twist with chamomile and lavender. This was such a surprising pairing. The floral lavender creates an enchanting aroma, while the chamomile provides an earthy counterpoint to the passion fruit. We will definitely be working with these ingredients the future.
