A collaboration with our friends at The Butcher & Grocer. This beer found its inspiration from their blueberry breakfast sausage. This dark sour was aged for 12 months in wine barrels and finished in Maple Bourbon barrels for an additional 5 months. Several hundred pounds of Ohio blueberries were added resulting in this unique and complex beer.
