A collaboration with our friends at Ethereal Brewing in Lexington Kentucky. We wanted to do a play on a Kentucky Mule so we made a special blend of fourteen month sour blonde. We transferred this blend to fresh Four Roses barrels for three months. Finished it with a little ginger and lime. We are glad we wrapped up this project just in time for Keeneland.

A Jungle Jim's single. Pours an amberish-straw color, plenty of head that fades quickly, leaving a minor ring atop vigorous activity. It has an interesting sour taste - almost like a tequilla to me. The bourbon is light and the ginger and lime really star. It is a little earthy and oaky. The smell is very similar. You're going to have to be a fan of sours for this one. However, I enjoy it and would gladly have another.
