We teamed up with booze slinger extraordinaire Sean Taylor (The Cussy Bartender) to craft something truly unique. This sour red spent the last nine months in Watershed Bourbon-Gin barrels. This sent us in search of a gin cocktail and Sean introduced us to one of his favorite drinks: The Last Word. This cocktail highlights the flavors of Chartreuse, a complex liquor that is cloaked in mystery. Prepared by monks for hundreds of years there is little information about the process and ingredients of this liquor. We utilized sixteen different herbs and spices to emulate the flavor of Chartreuse. The final product pushes the boundaries of what beer can be.
