Pale golden with some haze, momentary layer of foam that quickly fizzles away. Aroma has some green freshness of chopped rhubarb stems, green strawberry, mild lemon acidity. Taste is tart and juicy, green strawberry, reddish pink rhubarb stems, bright and fresh, fruit forward. Not a whole lot of complexity, but maximum fruit intensity at 300 grams per liter. Medium bodied with mellow carb. Easy drinking, supple feel and manageable acidity. Cheers and a very happy birthday to Thomas!
