Decanted from an 16 oz (473 ml) can into a Sam Adams Perfect Pint glass; no production information, but canned in last two days per the brewery.
A: Pours a slightly hazy, golden color with a two finger, foamy, white head, short lived retention and some lacing.
S: Floral. Aromas of geranium, hay, and wheat grain with white pepper, cracker, and lemon notes.
T: Dry with again a grainy/grassy flavor. Definitely some apple and light caramel. Peppery bitterness.
M: Light bodied and medium carbonation. Refreshing with very crisp, clean finish.
O: Flavorful and easy drinking. Held up well with Souvlaki and lemon potatoes.
