A fresh hop IPA made with Centennial and Cascade hops.
Pours a light copper color with a small white head that settled into a light ring.
The aroma is bready with a light floral hop note.
The taste is grassy and earthy hops. A bit of a lime note. Hop flavor is neither overpowering nor overly bitter. The malt is bready with a hint of caramel.
Moderate feel on the palate with softish carbonation. Good balance with a slight bitter finish.
Not a bad IPA/APA. Hop profile is pleasant. I was expecting a bit more of a fresh flavor from the hops due to the fresh hop label.
