Who needs another pumpkin beer? Instead of that same ol’ thang, we added shredded carrots to the mash and fresh carrot juice to the whirlpool along with a mix of fall spices. Paired with German malts, the result is a sweet, caramel ale that brings an appreciation of fall without the usual gourd.
