Great Lakes Ethiopian roast lends coffee notes to the aroma and taste of this lightly hued beer. Full bodied with cocoa nibs gives the impression of sweet, white mocha.

Pours an interesting bright amber with excellent clarity and minimal head. Aroma has plenty of sweet chocolate along with clear coffee notes. Taste is all coffee, to the extent that I can't pick out anything else. That doesn't result in the most complex beer I've ever had, but it does make it a perfect Saturday morning sipper. I'm quite enjoying this.

Served in a snifter
This beer pours gold in color and topped with less than an inch of tan head that leaves spotty lacing.
The smell is coffee and cream. It is warm and inviting.
The taste follows the aroma. I get coffee and cream. It has a really nice flavor.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
This is an enjoyable white stout. I'm becoming an Eastern Market BC fan.

Pours a dark gold color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma is coffee. Tastes of sweet chocolate and coffee. Smooth. No hoppy bitterness. Good mouth feel.
