This gose-style sour ale is brewed with red raspberries and pink Himalayan sea salt. It’s a little bit tart, a little bit sweet, and a LOT refreshing.

Served in an oversized, stemless, wine glass
This beer pours a grayish purple hue and is turbid. It is topped with an inch of pinkish white head that leaves spotty lacing.
Nice tart, briny, raspberry aroma
Raspberry flavor but not over the top. Briny and tart leaving me want another sip after each quaff.
Thin bodied with a dry mouthfeel
Refreshing and tart. I like it. Not a fruit bomb slushie. Just a nice summer beer

Pours a beautiful, bright glowing pinkish peach with plenty of foamy off white head, solid retention and lacing. The aroma is all raspberry. It's not overly complex, but the raspberries smell so good that I don't really care. While the taste still has plenty of raspberry, it's definitely not as raspberry forward as the nose. There's a nice earthy funk to balance out the sweetness. Light bodied with medium carbonation.

A - Pours a bright reddish pink with a large foamy pink head. The head fades to a small ring leaving some very light soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is heavy sea salt and light tart raspberries.
T - The taste is sweet and tart raspberries, lemon and sea salt.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a crisp bone dry finish.
O- Solid Gose.

Served in a clear solo cup, this looks like pureed salmon with a totally bubbly, puffed up brick red slushy foam head ripe for UntappdWTF. But, I dunno, isn't that the intent?
Taste is pretty close to raspberry sherbet meets sorbet, as this tangy brew's lightly puckering and prickly swallow no doubt brings with it a rush of vitamins galore.
