Very dark reddish brown with a light tan colored head. Unable to detect much of an aroma except malted grains. Taste and mouthfeel is great. Initially sweet with some coffee and or dark chocolate bitterness. Very smooth and creamy.

Served in a Michigan Wolverines pint glass

This beer pours black and is topped with an inch of mocha head that leaves spotty lacing.

The smell is roasted malt, coffee, and chocolate.

Roasted malt flavor up front. Some black coffee enters and stays for the finish. I get some chocolate intermittently.

Medium bodied. Kinda light for a stout. Smooth mouthfeel

Solid stout. It ends up having a black coffee finish that grows throughout the consumption of this beer.

Pours a dark brown color with a minimal tan head that lasts quite a while. Aroma is roasted malts (Maria Otter, Munich, Flaked Barley, Crystal 45, Chocolate Rye, Pale Chocolate, Carafa III and Roasted Barley). Tastes smokey and slightly sweet. Good mouth feel.
