Our easy-drinking house beer was brewed with coriander seed and pink Himalayan sea salt leading to a gose that is bright, tart, crisp, and oh so refreshing.

1 PINT can
Served in a pilsner glass
This beer pours a dull yellow color and is topped with a few inches of off white head that leaves sparse lacing.
The smell is simple yet sophisticated. I get coriander and a briny tart aroma.
The taste is coriander throughout. The tartness comes in the middle and compliments the coriander wonderfully. The salt comes in the end creating a thirst quenching taste. The finish is tart and briny.
Medium bodied with a dry mouthfeel
This is not an 8% double fruited bastardized version of a gose. This is true to style and a damn fine example. Crushable.
