Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Bradford's in Plymouth for about twelve dollars. Have never heard of or seen this brew before. No canned-on date. Don't get the good reviews, big miss for me, has a weird taste that I can't put my finger on.

NO canning date
Pours a large fizzy bubbly big head that fades at a med pace, a little lacing, mostly clear pale golden color

Nose nice fruity citrus and grassy hops, bright hops, grassy touch spicy rind, citrus touch lemony and grapefruit pith like, very little malt

Taste brings mild sweet malt, a little toasty grainy, nice big APA bitterness with bright hops again, Centennial/cascadian base hops or something similar, grassy little floral spicy, some citrus rind, hint grapefruit pith, generic fruit, nice balance, drier finish

Mouth is med bod, nice fluffy carb

Overall I really didn't think this could come close to a 4.41 rAve, an APA from random brewery I've hardly even heard of, but for an APA this really nails the style, better than almost all other APAs I've had, great light malt base with good body, nice balance, great hops and bitterness, very enjoyable

Purchased a 4-pack of cans on my most recent trip to Cape Cod. This is the second product I've tried from this very promising young brewery and, by far, my favorite. As a fan of Pale Ales, it's sometimes disappointing to find that the line between Pale Ales and Session IPAs becomes rather cloudy. However, this product is a no-doubter seemingly true- to- style Pale Ale. Glad I purchased 4 rather than just a single. I'll be a repeat purchaser and also look forward to trying whatever other products the brewery decides to can.

160z can purchased at Moonshine in Harwich. Somewhat hazy gold color and citrus/hops on the nose. Fruit flavors of mango and pineapple come through in an assertive way with some grapefruit rind on the long finish. This is our 6th beer from BB and for our tastes they are excellent.

My first review. Received a growler for Christmas present. I mostly drink IPA's, Treehouse and Nightshift are my top 2 beers currently.
Disclaimer: It is 10 degrees outside, so an APA isn't my first choice, but batch was made 12/22 so I wanted to drink it fresh. I will come back and redo this at another date.
Look: For an APA this is a great looking beer. Poured it into a Barnstable Brewing glass and it has some haziness to it.
Smell: Smells top notch. Not overpowering. Has a perfect balance with quite a bit of citrus.
Taste: Very drinkable. If this was a spring or summer day, I would be much happier with this flavor. Or if I was eating apps watching football during the day.
Feel: To me, this beer had ever so slightly too much carbonation. It is almost as if it lingered for a half a second after I sipped it. That said, I am no expert. And it may be because I didn't create much head during the pour.
Overall: Super impressed with this beer. Definitely will have again when I am in the mood for a session style beer. I am a fan of Barnstable Brewing. Excited to see what comes next
