Thanks to JLindros for the can.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a crystal clear golden hue with a thin one finger white head that fades very quickly to leave fizzy wisps and a fizzy halo.
S - Aromas of slightly sweet malts, flashes of corn and wheat, light bananas and fruity esters, little bit of straw and hay along with spices.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Nice sweeter malts and creamy wheat. Tons of over ripe banana and fruity esters. Big and doughy, almost hefe like.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, creamy, nice medium body. Very solid for the style.
O - Overall this was a very solid very enjoyable beer, however, it drank much more like a hefe than a kristalweize.

Draft at the brewery
Decent fizzy bubbly head low retention and lacing, crystal clear light pale color
Nose grainy sweet malts and creamy doughy wheat, big hefe like yeast, fruity esters, banana, tree fruits, faint citrus, light phenol spices
Taste light sweetness, big doughy creamy wheat and grainy malts, more hefe esters, banana, citrus, light phenol spices mostly clove, light bitterness, soft lager, mild dry finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft creamy lager and wheat, medium high effervescent carb
Overall well done and much better fresh

Poured a cloudy honey color in a Weizen glass with a 2F head which quickly resolved.
Usually a wheat beer in this style has a larger head and slower retention.
Aroma: clove and citrus. Semi-traditional. Not strong. More pronounced with warming.
Body: on the thin side.
Excellent taste. Clove, spice.
Moderate hoppy finish.
A recipe tweak is due. Whiter, larger head, better retention, stronger aroma, and less thin body. It has the makings of an excellent Kristalweiss.

I tried this on tap at the brewery. Beer looks clean, crisp amber color, not much head. Smells amazing, like a banana smoothie. Tastes like it smells, banana/fruity, delicious. Great finish too. I could drink this beer all day. It won’t disappoint.

16oz can purchased at Moonshine in Harwich. Medium amber color and slight banana on the nose. Definite banana taste with possible touches of mango and peach sweetness. Slight grapefruit tartness on the finish. Not a blockbuster but its not meant to be. A very smooth and drinkable beer.
