On-tap 8/31/2025 at Red Hand Brewing Company in Lakeville, MA, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a light gold color, with a medium white head that fades slowly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains lager yeast, light caramelized malts and some grassy hops.
T: The taste starts out with a strong malt sweetness that is quickly followed by the breadiness from lager yeast and a light malt character. The hops presence is grassy and mild but provides a good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly bready.
M: Smooth and crisp, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Tasty, goes down very easy, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a solid beer to drink for a while if you’re in the mood for the style.

taste bready some lemon zest more malt than hops, Has a German feel to it, On the light side.
crisp clean feel, soft easy drinking and light
nice clean looking beer, well crafted, refreshing.

Draft at the brewery
Medium foamy creamy head, medium retention and some lacing, clear slight chill haze golden color
Nose light grainy sweet malts, littler pilsner, hint herbal hop, faint dms corn, but way too light
Taste much better big grainy sweet pilsner malt, light dms corn, little doughy cracker, soft lager, medium lighter bitterness and herbal light spicy hops, mild dry crisp bitterness on finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, medium carb, soft lager
Overall not bad, nose was too light, taste was more on with good bitterness level and malt
