A German lager brewed the Munich way. We treat our water to match the mineral profile found in Munich breweries. Then, German Munich, Pilsner, and Vienna malts combine with just enough noble hops to bring balance. Finally we ferment cold, using a classic German lager yeast. The whole process brings a very traditional Oktoberfest Lager from our brewhouse to your glass. Flavors of toast, graham cracker, and biscotti alongside just a hint of floral hops. Then maybe finish with a 'prost!' or 'o'zapft is!'
