An upgraded modification (MOD) to our original Beast recipe to make it better and more bold! The darkness yeast strain produces a unique character that matches up perfectly with the sweet and pronounced malts. Slight caramel taste comes from Cystal 60L malt and the prominent coffee and dry taste comes from mashing with roasted barley. The lower fermentation temp (65F) showcases a clean and roasted malt aroma and taste. We add a large amount of Fuggle hops for mild, herbal, and woody aromatic properties. The water profile is balanced so the malt character can show through. Slightly lower Ph to ensure proper fermentation. Go Full Beast Mod, Enjoy Fresh!
